Exhibition Fee 

Luxury Booth:

USD 3,200/9 sq.m. (3m*3m)

Luxury Booth Facilities: Three white boards, two Long beam spotlights 60W, one information desk with lock, one glass round table, and four chairs, one bar chair, 500W outlet, waste bin, carpet, and facial broad with company name.

 

 

Standard Booth:

USD 2,500/9 sq.m. (3m*3m)

Standard Booth Facilities: three white boards, one rectangular table and two folding chairs, two daylight lamp, lintel board with company name, carpet, one waste bin.

 

Raw Space (minimum 36 sq.m.): USD 260/sqm

Raw space: No facilities provided. Enterprises need to design and decorate the raw space by themselves. In addition, decoration and RMB 50/sqm management fee will be charged by the organizing committee.

Note: Show Catalog (210mmX140mm). All the films needed should be provided by the exhibitors.
 
1. Please fill out the Exhibitor Contract carefully with company stamp before faxing or sending email to the Organizing Committee.   

2. The exhibition fee must be transferred to the appointed account within five working days after the exhibition application is confirmed.  
 
3. After the booth is confirmed, the “Exhibitor Manual” will be sent to the exhibitors, the content of which includes how to transport the exhibits, hotel information, facility rent and other relevant information.  
 
4. The Organizing Committee will arrange booths according to the principle of “first apply, first arrange, first pay, first confirm”. During the exhibition, the Organizing Committee will give the invoices to exhibitors uniformly.
